My cousin Erin Himes married Commander Bernie Wang on February 22, 2005 in Bellingham, Washington.

Dad and Mom (and later most of us due to cold, wet weather) stayed at a cabin at Union Creek and the rest of us (Brant, Jackie, Lori, Glenden, Barney, and Paul (the Aussie)) camped at Natural Bridge because Union Creek was closed due to road paving work. Paul saw his first snow at Crater Lake - but no lake - it was fogged over. We also drove up to Thousand Springs, the headwaters of our favorite tributary of the Rogue, Union Creek.
