flatland is a classic. i loved that book. read it in college. yours has a neater cover though.
i noticed that the publisher of that discipleship book is bruderhof. they have a ton of free e-books (in pdf format) on their site. in fact this book is available for free, if anyone's interested. here's the link:

i assigned flatland as required reading in the class i am teaching at pnca. it was good fun to have those art students battle through the victorian era/math talk.
