does anyone else think that this rocks?
sure we have seen and used mapquest and yahoo maps.....
but try google maps. click around, give it a whirl.
maybe i am 9 months behind everyone else, but it rocks.
oh, and don't forget to toggle between "map" and "satellite" view. (upper right corner)
great for directions to places, or to just look for cool places..... scrollable maps......just click and drag the map.
cool to spy on friends too from satellite view.
i see you.

haha, yeah I found it to be most intreaging too, very clean maps, very easy to read, wonderful job, mapques is in for some serious competition, actually, I don't see why I should ever go back to map quest from the way it looks already at beta stages

i read maps for a living...this freakin' rocks! My other favs (this is now my top fav) are www.multimap.com (in the UK you can get aerial views of the greater london area) and www.viamichelin.com for all of europe.

yes, very cool... since we rarely make it to the US and have to find our way to odd places when we *are* there, these maps internet sites are some of our favorite... I found my childhood home on the satellite... but of course "Hyderabad, India" was not found...ah well.
