that's our tax dollars at work. comforting, isn't it? i'll ask steve (my pastor) if he knows of a program or agency that can help. he's done alot with street kids and he's got a surprising well of information about this sort of thing.

Thanks for working so hard for Tom. I can imagine that things would become frustrating after so many dead ends. But I am glad Tom has someone like you to help him out and be his advocate and I think that God is glad Tom has someone like you too...
