wouldn't usually blog about something like this...
my whole sleep pattern is way off.
sleeping during the days, up all nights.
been going on for about a week now.
dont know why.
as i blog now, i have been up for 31 hours and counting.
that cant be good for me.
that and Wendy's.

I've actually been dealing with the same thing. I actually skipped a night of sleep last week, full-on. 40+ hours of classes and homework. I have started taking melatonin at night to get me re-oriented. Otherwise I'm up until at least 2am. Poopy times.

I like my melatonin with a glass of red wine, but cheese might work in a pinch.
I should really pay attention; I'm in stats right now, the lecture is on "Analysis of Variance" and I don't quite get it yet.

I frequently find myself in the same situation. Funny thing, is that I guess you could also call my sleep schedule Poopy Times, hmmm. I usually try exactly what you're doing, and stay up through the day and go to bed at a decent time the next day, but then I end up sleeping extra long and find myself in the same situation. I guess what I would suggest is laying in bed and cracking open one of those math books and start reading. That would have to bore you enough to put you to sleep, hahaha

ditto ditto. i cureed myself with melatonin. try it out. it really worked for me. isnt kinda fun though going against the grain and turning into a nocturnal creature? is it having any effect on your work?
